If the pre-sale requirement is not met by October 31, 2008, the ALVMF will refund each purchaser's $50 and the tags will no longer be available.
To order a spay/neuter car tag, visit your county's license office and complete a 'Commitment to Purchase' application and pay the $50 fee. Purchasers will receive their original application and receipt.
